TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) along with privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) forms a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between User and Us (“Tnine Infotech LLP”, “Crumblyy”, “Our”, “We”, “Us”).

We, therefore, insist that user goes through the Terms and Privacy Policy to know more about the Agreement between Us and user.

A. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1. Capitalized terms, have the following meanings:

  1. “App” means the Crumblyy android application downloadable from Google Play and owned by Tnine Infotech LLP, including any updates thereof.
  2. “User” or “You” or “Your” refers to a natural person who has accepted this Agreement for downloading and using the App.

B. YOUR APPROVAL

  1. By downloading and/or installing Crumblyy on Your device, you approve of and accept the terms of this Agreement.
  2. You may accept this Agreement only if
    1. “App” means the Crumblyy android application downloadable from Google Play and owned by Tnine Infotech LLP, including any updates thereof.
    2. “User” or “You” or “Your” refers to a natural person who has accepted this Agreement for downloading and using the App.
  3. If you do not understand the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, we request you not to use the APP

C. PROVISION OF THE APP

  1. The App is meant to provide digitally viral content in the form of hacks/facts about various useful information available over internet and other public sources. We not only show content aggregated and generated by us, but also content of Our content partners. You read the summary of the detailed content on Our cards and are then directed to the respective source of the summary. You, therefore, agree and acknowledge that though the App tries providing the best possible content to help you in daily life but the App is not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of the summary of content that may be accessed by You through the App.
  2. The App may include links to other websites/blogs or other mobile applications, which might contain or support objectionable, inaccurate or unlawful material or content. We neither support nor do we endorse such services or products; these links are provided only to elaborate the summary or help end-users. We are not responsible for the inaccuracies or legal vulnerabilities of such sources.
  3. In order to allow you to back-up your bookmarked content on servers or to allow you to contribute content, we might ask you to signup/login in the App. In such case, We expect You to provide accurate personal information, as asked.
  4. The content displayed in the App is for Your non-commercial and personal use. You may copy, share content various platforms for your personal, non-commercial purpose. You are not allowed to alter and reproduce any content on Your name on any forum.
  5. We might stop the App (or alter partial or full functionalities) permanently or temporarily, for You or for general User or might change the nature of the App and/or terms of usage at Our sole discretion, without prior notice to You. Your use of the App after any such modification would mean that you have accepted to be bound by the Agreement (or as it may get modified)

D. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH CRUMBLYY

  1. Any violation of this Agreement while using the App might result in a legal liability for You. You and only You are responsible for your conduct while using the App, and any subsequent consequence arising out of your conduct.
  2. If any provision of this Agreement cannot be enforced owing to an unenforceability due to law, it will not affect the enforcement of other provisions of this Agreement.
  3. We might choose not to act in case of breach of any provision of this Agreement, but this would certainly not mean, we cannot act or would not act with respect to further or similar breaches.

E. USING THE APP

  1. The App will be downloaded from Google Play Store for its usage. Subsequent updates of the App will also be downloaded from Google Play store, for continued and uninterrupted access and use of the App.
  2. Though the app is completely free for You as of now, we might amend our terms and impose some cost on using the App. Although we can’t promise to notify you in prior of any such modifications of our terms, we will try our best to notify you in prior.
  3. Crumblyy grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on Your android device. But you are not entitled to copy the design, functionality or any of the components of the App. Reverse engineering the App for the purpose of extracting its code and assets would be considered a severe violation of this Agreement.
  4. You may use content displayed on the App and owned by Crumblyy for Your personal and non-commercial use. You are not entitled to alter, reproduce any of the content owned by Crumblyy on your name, without a prior permission from Crumblyy. Content partner owned content displayed in the App would be protected by the terms and conditions and usage policies of the respective content partner.

F. TERMINATION

  1. Your access to the App may be terminated if:
    1. You voluntarily uninstall the App from Your device;
    2. You knowingly or unknowingly cause direct or indirect breach, as defined by Crumblyy in Our terms and conditions and privacy policy;
    3. We are asked to do so by law;
  2. We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice and may enforce a bar on Your access to the App or any future use of the App.
  3. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by terminating Your access to the App. However, Your certain obligations under this Agreement shall continue to prevail even on such termination.

G. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. The App may be controlled and operated through any country and will be governed by the laws of that country in which they are controlled and operated. If You use the App from any location, then, responsibility for compliance with the local laws will be on You.
  2. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of conflict of interest with respect to this Agreement shall be settled in the courts located at Delhi, India.

H. DISCLAIMER

  1. The content displayed in Crumblyy have been aggregated from various sources over Internet. Although We try our best to ensure that they are accurate and do not harm You, we do not guarantee accuracy of any content being displayed on the App.
  2. Crumblyy will not be responsible for any misuse or data theft as a consequence of Your use of the App
  3. YOU EXPRESSLY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU WILL NOT USE THE APP IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. ANY VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT MIGHT RESULT IN A LEGAL LIABILITY UPON YOU.
